I have been trying to hammer in both individual designs and a cohesive overall style for my imps after slogging taway just at one character for ages. I'm pretty content with the results to be honest, but still a ways still until finished product.

I just have to clean the back of her head at this point. lowering/ lengthening her usual ponytail/ bun thing makes it conflict less with her massive horns.

Simplifying his head into a general shape of spikes has made drawing and emoting him tons more fun and flexible. Now for the pain in ass profile view..

Another good example of less is more in terms of shaving her head of excess design and pushing the extremes of body differences between the main 3.
Now have a ton of Aloes done in the past months that helped get to this point.
