Inktober Sketches 5-9

Last 5 days worth of Inktober sketches, themed around combining my imp character with a couple animal like forms. A couple were put together because of being drawn within the same day.

Some Doodles and Work in Progress

A freehand concept doodle of that imp character thats still up in there for my comic thats being planned, and a almost unrelated landscape painting that I haven't gotten to finishing yet. Soon I'm going to finalize the girl's design along with setting concepts so I can get a consistent tone between the characters and the surroundings without some sort of clash.

She is a tad too humanoid for a race of little imp creatures for my liking, but her basic appearance and details are finally solidified when drawn from memory.

Been shaking off the dust, here is some sketches to show I haven't been completely MIA. O yeah, I just noticed this batch and the few left over for tomorrow's post is mostly ladies. Ah well gals are one of my weak links drawing-wise so its been good practice.

Aunt Norma Version 3

Yeah I kept working on this way past the holidays so it kind of turned into a Birthday gift instead of an Xmas one. Worked on in cmyk but converting the profile into RGB here was surprisingly not eye gouging.
